• Revisions and Cancelations

    Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders due to the "made to order" nature of our business.

    All add-ons are treated as new orders with additional ship/handling fees.

    Customer error and size changes are handled like a revision and subject to additional fees.

    No cancellations or revisions will be accepted after the order has been shipped.

    Special orders cannot be revised.

  • Returns and Exchanges

    Starmaker Designs does not accept returns.

    Starmaker will exchange costumes for size adjustments only, $10.00 exchange fee (per costume) plus shipping.

    CALL for return authorization number within 7 days after receiving your order.

    Returns without an RA # will not be accepted.

    Exchanges are subject to current ship date.

    Please return in original bags with correct label & size or $5.00 per item will be added to your exchange fees.

    Worn or damaged items will not be accepted & returned to you.

    No exchanges after 30 days of actual ship date.

    Custom, Special orders, color & fabric changes, special sizes, teamwear, accessories are ALL SALES FINAL - NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE.

    Discounts are Available for any single order over $1,500 paid in full at time of ordering.

    To take advantage of our discounts we do require you to pay your order in full at the time of ordering.

  • Delivery Time

    All items are "made to order".

    Please allow 8-12 weeks during peak season. (Oct - June)

    PLEASE let us know when you need your items. We do our best to accommodate.

    Normal ship weeks - Be prepared for possible early delivery.

    All orders are processed and ship dates are scheduled upon receipt of both the order and minimum 50% deposit.

    If you place order online FULL payment is required.

  • Shipping and Handling

    REGULAR GROUND SHIPPING FOR U.S.A.

    $200.00 or less = $12.00

    $201.00 to 500.00 = $17.00

    $501.00 to 1,500.00 = $26.00

    $1,500.00 to 2,500.00 = $32.00

    $2,501.00+ = FREE

    Rush shipping is available with additional fees.

    2-Day Air is double the price of ground shipping fee
    Overnight Air / Next Day is triple the price of ground shipping fee
    Customers requiring Alaska, Hawaii or International Shipping should contact Starmaker Designs. (overnight not available to Alaska/Hawaii).
    UPS will not deliver packages to a post office box.

  • Balance Due

    Balance Due orders will not be shipped until they are paid in full.

    We will provide a notification of a balance due on your confirmation.

    It is a customer's responsibility to request a COD shipment and add the $12 fee (50% deposit still required), or call with credit card information.

    Online orders need to be Paid in Full at time of order.

  • COD Orders

    All C.O.D. Orders require the standard 50% deposit and are subject to a $12.00 C.O.D. charge.

    All C.O.D. orders require balance of payment by certified check, money order or cashier’s check on delivery.

    Online orders are not able to take advantage of C.O.D. - Please call, mail, fax or email your order.
