Your ship date will be located on your confirmation.
We pride ourselves on delivering every order on time.
All orders are shipped by UPS Ground-No Signature required unless otherwise requested.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number when the order ships.
PLEASE check over your order for accuracy and notify us immediately if there are any errors or items missing.
Missing items should be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We cannot be responsible for orders lost or damaged during shipping, however we will do all we can to assist you in handling claims with UPS.
Package damage must be reported within 24 hours (only then can a claim be made with the carrier).
We are not responsible for packages after they have left our building.
Orders placed and shipped at separate times may result in shade variations in the fabric due to dye lot variations.
