A minimum 50% deposit by check or credit card is required on all phone, fax, or email orders.

Online orders require 100% upfront payment in order to process.

Upon receipt of online orders, Starmaker will follow up with you by phone or email to verify your order and set a ship date.

We encourage you to pay in-full when the order is placed to avoid delays in shipping due to check clearing.

We do not ship balance due orders.

Public/Private schools require a signed purchase order for net 30 day billing.
